If you removed Codyn Reach from Facebook or Instagram, you got a confirmation code. Enter it to see where your request stands.
Ways to delete
Disconnect the account
Go to Settings › Social accounts and press Disconnect. The account and its data are deleted right away.
Remove our access
Instagram: Settings › Website permissions › Apps and websites. Facebook: Settings › Apps and Websites. Remove Codyn Reach and the platform tells us to delete your data.
Ask us
Email hello@codyn.se from the address on your account, or name the social account. We delete within 30 days.
To delete your whole Codyn Reach account, including workspaces you own, use option 03.
What gets deleted
- Access tokens for the connected account.
- Its profile information, inbox messages and comments, and analytics.
- Posts that were only meant for that account. Posts shared with other channels stay on those channels.
- For a full account deletion: your profile, workspaces you own, media library files, and creator marketplace profile.
Posts already published on a social platform stay there. Delete them on the platform if you want them gone.
What we have to keep
Payment and payout records are kept for 7 years because Swedish bookkeeping law requires it. Backups are overwritten within 30 days. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
